The milling of malt and barley on-site starts off the brewing process. Once the barley is milled it is mixed with hot liquor (water) in the mash tun. Then the liquid that is called wort is run into the copper where the hops are added and the wort is boiled. The wort is then transferred into the fermentors where we add the yeast to ferment into beer. The beer is then held in conditioning tanks before being transferred into casks where it is held for seven days before being sold.
